About these terms

Theory18 is operated by Onlinin, based in France. These terms govern use of theory18.com, its publication and forum, and the CB Stats analytics tool. References to Theory18, “we” and “us” mean Onlinin. Contact us at [email protected] or the contact form.

You must be at least 18 and legally permitted to use these services where you live. Use the services only for lawful purposes. Our privacy policy explains how personal information is handled.

Your account

One public Theory18 account provides access to the forum and CB Stats. Supply a valid email address, choose an appropriate public nickname, and protect your password and connected sign-in accounts. Do not impersonate someone or access another person’s account without authorization.

Some actions require a verified account and a fresh security check. Connecting Google is optional and subject to Google’s authentication process. Notify us promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. An account does not give access to editorial administration or to another member’s private data.

Posts, comments and community rules

You are responsible for what you submit and must have the rights and permissions needed to publish it. Do not submit unlawful content, threats, harassment, private information without permission, sexual content involving minors, spam, malware or deceptive offers. Do not evade account restrictions, abuse reporting tools or manipulate activity.

Article comments do not accept links, including comments submitted through the linked forum discussion. Standalone discussions can allow links and signatures under the board’s rules. Observe topic restrictions, posting limits and locked discussions.

You retain ownership of your contributions. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive permission to host, reproduce and display them as needed to operate the discussion and its history. This does not transfer ownership or authorize unrelated commercial reuse of your work.

We can restrict access, hide contributions or suspend accounts to enforce these rules, protect people or comply with law. Existing history and moderation records may be retained as explained in the privacy policy. To report content or challenge a decision, contact us with the relevant link and an explanation.

Using CB Stats

Only connect affiliate accounts and export data you own or are authorized to access and process. You are responsible for your permissions and compliance with the source platform’s terms and applicable privacy obligations. Do not submit someone else’s export credentials.

An export URL can grant access to private transaction information. Keep it secret and do not include it in forum posts or support messages. Connecting a source authorizes us to retrieve and process its exports to provide your analytics. You can deactivate a source to stop its collection; historical records remain subject to the privacy policy.

Reports depend on the source data and collection availability. Imports may be delayed or incomplete, and estimates are not guarantees of future revenue or substitutes for the source platform’s official statements. Verify figures before making business, accounting or tax decisions. CB Stats is independent and is not affiliated with Chaturbate.

Do not interfere with collection, attempt to access another member’s reports, bypass quotas or use the service to attack other systems.

Articles, links and third-party offers

Articles and comparisons provide general information. Features, availability, prices and third-party terms can change. Check the relevant provider before entering a transaction. Nothing on the site guarantees earnings or provides individualized legal, financial or tax advice.

Some links may earn us an affiliate commission. Following a link does not make Theory18 a party to your agreement with the destination. Forum listings, jobs and member offers are supplied by their authors; verify counterparties and arrangements independently.

Respect copyright and other rights in our articles, illustrations, branding and software. You may link to public pages and use material as permitted by applicable law. Obtain permission for uses that require it.

Availability, changes and responsibility

We aim to provide a useful, secure service, but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free information or a particular result. Maintenance, security incidents and failures of external services may affect access. We may change features or discontinue a service, with reasonable notice when practicable.

You can stop using the service and contact us about closing your account. We may suspend access for a material breach of these terms or a security or legal requirement. Account closure and data erasure are distinct requests; the privacy policy explains retention and your rights.

We are responsible as required by applicable law. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limit mandatory consumer rights. You remain responsible for your own unlawful use and for decisions made using information on the site.
